Roger Ploof, Jr.
President
Co-Founder of S&R, in industry since 1987
Roger Ploof co-founded S&R Corporation along with his brother, Steven. Roger provides
management over all of the field and project operations. It is under his leadership that all
labor, equipment and material resources are managed. He also works closely with the project
operations team, formulating strategies and innovative methods in order to execute some of our
more complicated and challenging endeavors.
Roger oversees a vast breadth of activities and it is his example of careful thought, thorough
planning, calculated execution and meticulous attention to detail that has been the guiding force
behind S&R's many successes.
Roger also works with his brother Steven on planning the company's future growth and making
certain that S&R's mission is accomplished.

Steven Ploof
Treasurer
Co-Founder of S&R, in industry since 1987
Steven Ploof co-founded S&R Corporation along with his brother, Roger. Steven provides overall
corporate, financial and strategic management as well as providing management assistance at the project
level when needed. He works with the team at S&R to continue to develop its ultimate potential
and maintain its diversity and growth.
Throughout his career, Steven has participated in all facets of the company's functions, from the
ground up, but early on began to focus more and more on the estimating and project management pieces
of the operation. That continued along with an added focus on the daily financial management of the
organization. This process continued to evolve and Steven's focus began to move toward overall
management and he became less active in everyday operations.
Steven also works on long-term goals for the company and continues to plot our course for growth.
He sees the company as one that is a dynamic leader in our industries and thrives on the challenge
of continued success.

Peter T. Salinder
Vice President, Construction Operations
With S&R since 1999, in industry since 1977
Pete joined S&R in 1999 to create S&R's construction division. The division is a cohesive
team of managers and construction crafts people building significant infrastructure projects.
Pete began his career as a field engineer and has proceeded through various field positions including
Project Engineer, Project Superintendent and Project Manager. He has worked on heavy construction projects
in several industry segments including marine, transportation and power. Some of the tasks Pete is currently
responsible for is increasing S&R's client base and expanding its geographic market. Pete is responsible
for marketing, bidding, purchasing, subcontracting and overall construction operations and development.

Thomas J. Guerette
Demolition Division Manager
with S&R since 2003, in industry since 1985
Tom, heads up S&R Corporations Demolition Division. He is responsible for the demolition divisions
purchasing requirements, and provides oversight for project development, project management and estimating.
Tom also expands S&R's existing client base, by exploring bidding opportunities in geographic markets
outside of New England.
Tom joined S&R in 2003 as an equipment operator, and soon proceeded through various field and office
positions. He has held managerial positions, such as project superintendent, chief demolition estimator and
project manager, prior to being named the manager of the demolition division.
Tom has been involved with many key projects such as the Demolition of the Former Olympus Hospital, The
Abatement & Demolition of the Northampton State Hospital, The 12 story Kelly Street High-Rise in
Pittsburgh, PA, Abatement and Demolition of Campbell Hall a 9 story student residence hall located on the
campus of Clarion University in Clarion, PA, and many other similar projects.
Tom has been in the demolition industry since 1985 and has served in the capacity of laborer, truck driver,
heavy equipment operator, foreman, and superintendent prior to his employment at S&R Corporation.

Eric W. Jones
Construction Division Manager
with S&R since 2004, in industry since 1993
Eric joined S&R in 2004 as a project manager. He has successfully managed numerous construction
projects for S&R prior to being named the Construction Division Manager.
Eric is charged with the overall, day-to-day management of the Construction Division Team. He also
provides significant contributions to estimating and purchasing on projects, as well as cost control
and projections of costs to complete.
Eric has 15 years experience in the construction of bridges, highways, and other transportation and
infrastructure projects. He has performed work throughout the continental United States and has been
involved in all aspects of project management. His philosophy is one of careful planning and efficient
execution. He thrives on leading project managers, superintendents and craftspeople that are focused on
delivering safe, quality and profitable projects.

William J. Manning
CFO
Joined S&R in 2009, in Finance since 1972
Bill joined S&R in early 2009 to complement the Finance and Accounting side of the business. Bill’s responsibilities include day to day accounting, project cost analysis, monthly reporting and analysis, Banking and Insurance, coordination of tax matters and yearly audit with the company’s public accounting firm in order to provide support to the project managers and company management.
